COMMON QUESTIONS

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK

As soon as possible!  We have limited slots to ensure we give each piece the care and attention it deserves.  Booking in advance means that we have reserved your date and will be eagerly awaiting your flowers.


We are understanding that preserving memorial florals are not something that can be scheduled in advance.

HOW QUICKLY DO YOU NEED MY FLOWERS

We recommend that flowers arrive to us 24-72 hours after the event.  This ensures the flowers at their freshest, which increases the quality of the finished product.


The longer we wait to dry the flowers, the more chance that there will be bruising and wilting.

HOW DO I PREP MY BOUQUET

On the day of your event, please be as gentle as you can with your blooms.  If possible, try to keep in water when not in use.  Please consider having a different bouquet as your toss one, to keep yours in it's best condition.  We recommend keeping them in a cool, dark place after your event.  

WILL MY FLOWERS CHANGE COLOR

Some color changes will occur...this is to be expected.  For example...red flowers tend to turn darker, whites often turn a cream color and some pinks turn a lilac hue.  Again....this is to be expected.  Translucent spots may appear due to bruising on the petals.  To prevent this, try to handle your bouquet with as much care as possible.

D0 YOU CHARGE COLLECTION OR DELIVER FEES: ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN COST

We have no hidden extras.  The price that you are quoted once your date is booked...is the price you will pay.

CAN MY SHADOW BOX BE CUSTOMIZED

YES!  We would be happy to add names and dates and other designs to your box.  We can also add photos, ribbon and other small momentos.

WHEN DO I PAY FOR MY PRESERVATION

We require a deposit of one half when your date is booked.  The remainder is due at delivery.


DO YOU CREATE MEMORIAL PIECES

Yes.  Do not hesitate to inquire about Memorial Preservations - We understand that these cannot be scheduled a head of time.  We feel absolutely honored to have the chance to create custom memorial pieces.  We hope that what we do brings peace and happiness to those that have experienced a loss.

PET MOMORIAL BOX

These can be custom designed with names, dates and other images.  We are happy to include items that were once loved by your pet, such as a collar, small toy, photo of your pet.  You can also order the box and fill it yourself.

TIME FRAME

Working with flowers is both an art and a science.  To do it right requires skill, attention to detail and lots of time.  The completion of your preservation is dependent upon the size and preference of your design.


We know how eager you are to get your beautiful finished piece returned to you and we appreciate your patience in the process.


We usually estimate a turnaround time of around 8 weeks to have a completed project in your hands from the time we receive your flowers.


Refund Policy

We do not give refunds or returns as these designs are custom created for each individual.  All pieces are sold as-is.
